ABOUT VERDEFUL

Verdeful is a family business, founded on the principles of sustainable entrepeneurship, local presence, a long-term perspective and respect for nature, culture and people. With roots in this part of the world, our aim is to introduce the visitor to the many great opportunities on offer in northern Portugal.

Minho is well-known for its vinho verde, the green, lightly sparkling wine unique to the region. This northernmost corner of Portugal is often referred to as the green heart of the country. Here the wild Atlantiv coast meets the lush interior. The visitor is greeted by a landscape filled with endless vineyards, quaint villages untouched by time and warm, genuine and hospitable people.

The name Verdeful alludes to the words verde, the green landscapes that define northern Minho, and valuable, expressing the depth, care and long‑term commitment behind everything we do. With Verdeful we strive to create meaningful, valuable experiences that give our customers something extra.
